The Business Show Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter - This promotion is run by Clarity & Compass (“the Promoter”). 2. Eligibility - Open to attendees of The Business Show Australia aged 18+. Employees or contractors of the Promoter are not eligible. 3. Entry Period - Entries open 5 November 2025 at 10am and close 6 November, 2025 at 5pm. Late entries will not be accepted. 4. How to Enter - Complete the entry form during the event, including a valid email address. One entry per person. 5. Prizes - There are four (4) individual prizes to be won: one (1) case of Akasha beer, one (1) bottle of wine, one (1) Operations Audit, and three (3) months of ongoing advisory sessions. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable, a similar item of equal or greater value may be substituted. 6. Draw and Notification - Winners will be drawn at random on 7 November and notified via email within 3 business days. If a winner doesn’t respond within 7 Days, the Promoter may redraw. 7. Marketing Consent - By entering, participants agree to receive occasional emails, resources, and updates from Clarity & Compass. You can unsubscribe at any time. Personal information is collected solely for this promotion and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. 8. General - The Promoter’s decision is final.
