Fractional COO
Embedded as a part-time COO, I step in to fill gaps in experience or capacity across the spectrum of operations. I partner with founders to set strategic direction, align teams, optimise operations, and drive execution until the business is ready for a permanent hire. It gives founders and business owners a ‘right-hand partner,’ allowing them room to focus on what moves the needle.
Agreements are based on a day rate, but delivery can be spread across a week (e.g. 2 days per week) or across a month (e.g. 2 days a month). To ensure I deliver the most impact to the businesses I partner with, I limit the amount of fractional partnerships at any one time, so get in touch for current availability.

Retainer packages (for ongoing Fractional COO support) are based on a day rate, but actual delivery hours can be spread across the month.
