  • I believe in meeting business owners where they are at, and tackling the priority problem - not where we are at in a predetermined framework. I have vast and varied experience, so I bring that to all of our sessions to give pragmatic and innovative solutions.

    I will ensure you aren’t left with just theory - we will walk through the practical steps to start implementing the changes we discuss so you leave each session with a clear action plan for how to get started, and tasks to be held accountable to.

  • I don’t believe in lock-in contracts, but I do recommend 3 months commitment to start. This is to ensure we build trust and have enough time to start seeing the results and impact from our sessions together.

  • My expertise is in business strategy and operations, which is BROAD! We can walk through everything from marketing strategy, the best CRM tool to use, partnerships, commercials, growing your team, compliance… the list is endless!

    Where I can’t answer a question, or I’m not best placed to give you support, we work on a plan to get you the right answers.
